Ballaram Hanumandas Charitable Trust, Kolkata (BHCT), a CSR project promoted by the Vikram-Pratibha Group of Companies, was founded in the year 1977, with the objective of transforming the much-deprived rural area surrounding the Chaudhary family’s ancestral village Bahal, (District Bhiwani), in Haryana, 30 Km North of Pilani.

BHCT is headed by Shri Hari Krishna Chaudhary with the active support of his brothers – Shri Shiv Kumar, Shri Mahendra & Shri Pramod, and his son Shri Anil Chaudhary. BHCT undertakes a number of welfare programs aimed at improving the quality of life of communities in and around Bahal.

1- BRCM College of Engineering & Technology

This institute is established under the aegis of Ballaram Hanumandas Charitable Trust, BRCM College of Engineering & Technology in August 1999. BRCM-CET represents the manifestation of modern concepts of teaching pedagogy related to higher technical education judiciously blended with the ethos of Indian culture and tradition.

The College is duly approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the Government of Haryana and is affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak (Recognized under section 2 (f) & 12 (B) of the UGC Act, 1956) for 4-year B.Tech and 2-year M.Tech programs.

2- GDC Memorial College

There was a long pending demand of the people of Bahal and surrounding villages within a radius of about 60 km for opening a co-educational degree college as it was not possible for the parents to send their wards at far off places for getting higher studies and consequently their wards used to get deprived of the opportunity of getting higher education.

Gindori Devi Chaudhary. Accordingly, for this purpose a trust known as HKC Foundation was formed under the chairmanship of Sh. Hari Krishna Chaudhary.

To materialize his noble vision into a reality the foundation stone of GDC Memorial College, Bahal was soon got laid down by the renowned Yoga Guru Baba Shri Ram Dev in the benign presence of the honorable chairman on 12th June 2010.

In an unimaginable short span of time with day and night toil, the splendid building of the college was soon ready to accommodate the new session classes 2011-2012. It was on 1st August 2011 that the auspicious inauguration ceremony of the college was celebrated at the adroit hands of Sh. Bahadur Singh, Ex. Education Minister, Government of Haryana in the benign presence of Sh. Anil Chaudhary, Trustee of HKC Foundation.

3- BRCM Public School Vidyagram, Bahal

BRCM Public School Vidyagram, Bahal is an English Medium Day Boarding-cum-Residential School for Boys & Girls, for classes IV to XII, affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi.
